1. Who we are

MatchLatin ("we", "us") is operated by [Company legal name], [registered address], company number [number]. You can contact us at [support email]. These Terms govern your use of matchlatin.com, your MatchLatin account and any tour you book with us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is true and that you are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law.

3. Your account

You need an activated account to view full profiles, send messages and book tours. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

4. What MatchLatin is, and is not

MatchLatin is a social and dating community and an organiser of group tours where members can meet in person. It is not an escort service, an adult entertainment platform or a marketplace for sexual services. Any request for, or offer of, sexual services or payment in exchange for company leads to immediate account closure.

We do not guarantee that you will form a relationship, receive a reply or meet any particular person.

5. Profiles, messaging and translation

Every profile on MatchLatin belongs to a real woman whose identity we have verified, and she writes her own messages.

Messages are translated automatically between English and Spanish, and translations may not be perfect. You can turn translation off at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten or deceive other members; share contact details to move conversations off the platform before meeting at an event; post sexual, offensive or illegal content; ask any member for money; or use the service for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Tour bookings and payments

Tours are offered in 7-day, 3-day and 1-day versions. Prices and inclusions are shown on the tour page and in your payment link. You can secure a place with a deposit of [$400] and pay the balance by [deadline, e.g. 30 days before departure], or pay the full price at once.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your payment. Bank transfers are confirmed manually and can take 1–2 business days.

8. Cancellations and refunds

9. Travel requirements

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas, travel insurance and for complying with Colombian law during your stay. Flights to Colombia are not included unless stated.

We take reasonable care in organising tours and vetting participants, but we are not responsible for the conduct of other members or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email or on the site. These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
